Vico Kennel provides professional pet care services in Cyprus, including without limitation dog training, dog and cat boarding, grooming, pet taxi and coordination support for pet relocation where offered. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not act as veterinarians, insurers or customs brokers. International relocation involves third parties; their terms apply in addition to ours where relevant.
Information on our website is for general guidance. Service descriptions, prices and availability may change; the terms confirmed at booking prevail over marketing copy where they differ.
Use of this website does not create a contract. A contract arises when we accept your booking or service request in writing (including email or WhatsApp) or when you drop off your pet for an agreed service, whichever is earlier under the circumstances. We may refuse service at our reasonable discretion, including for welfare, capacity or safety reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Cyprus or applicable EU consumer protection law.
Animals are living beings; despite professional care, illness, injury or stress can occur. Subject to mandatory rules, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from services in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for loss of profit, loss of business, indirect or consequential loss where lawfully excludable.
You are responsible for your pet's suitability for the chosen service and for compliance with travel, import and regulatory requirements when relocation or transport is involved.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, utility failures, transport network failures, government restrictions or supplier failures. Where possible we will offer alternative dates or refunds in line with applicable law.
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, photographs and layout) is owned by Vico Kennel or our licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights. You may not copy, scrape or reuse content for commercial purposes without prior written consent, except for temporary caching or printing for personal, non-commercial use.
Our website may link to third-party sites (for example maps or partners). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
We aim to resolve concerns quickly. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp in the first instance. If you remain dissatisfied, you may use alternative dispute resolution where available or pursue remedies before the competent courts as set out below.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You may bring proceedings in the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived by contract.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For ongoing or future bookings, the version in force at the time of booking confirmation applies unless we agree otherwise.
